80eight Web — v2.6.0
Pay a link on any rail, pick up an invite that knows who sent it, and run your business account as the business.
Payment links
- Pay by card or offline EFT , with a guest flow that needs no account.
- Pay a crypto link on the web — claim it, see a live quote, scan the QR.
- A link that cannot be paid says so , instead of offering to pay it.
Invites
- The invite landing leads with the person who welcomed you , and partner campaigns have their own landing pages.
- The referral code you arrived with is submitted , so the referral is attributed to whoever invited you.
Business accounts
- Receiving always uses the business's own payment details when a business is active — its own 88Pay ID on Receive, its own deposit reference when funding the wallet, and its PayID on your Pay Profile.
- Withdraw to the business's own bank account , and add one as the business.
- Raise and read support tickets as the business , with the member who raised each one shown.
Buying and selling
- Quick Buy and Advanced are separate modes , so the simple path stays simple and the detail is there when you want it.
- Placing a limit order carries a per-placement key , so a retry cannot place it twice.
Receiving crypto
- A first-time receive that fails explains itself and offers a retry , instead of leaving you with no address and no reason.
The look, and the fixes
- Onboarding, Stacks and the card surface rebuilt on the 2.5 design.
- The loading screen is an animated wordmark rather than a video, so it appears instantly and costs far less to load.
- A buy showed no rand and a sell showed no coin — both now show what you would expect.
- Support is honest. The chat panel that went nowhere is gone, and your tickets update while you watch them.
- Signing in is steadier — no flash of the wrong screen, saved passwords fill in properly, and enrolling your browser as a device works.
- Your browser is a device you can recognise in your device list.
- A half-finished sign-in no longer lingers — it expires, and signing out clears it.
Web push
- The web app can subscribe to push , so a notification can reach you in the browser. Nothing is sent until it is switched on.
